Frequently asked questions
How do credits work?
Each AI task (writing a blog, generating an image, building a campaign...) deducts a fixed number of credits. Your balance resets at the start of every billing cycle. Top-up credits never expire.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades apply at the end of the cycle. Go to Settings → Billing to open the Stripe portal.
What do I need for Enterprise?
Sales will set up SSO, audit logs and contracted credit volume. Email hi@getvily.com to get started.
