Account details: name, email, password, and workspace settings you provide when you sign up.

Brand assets: copy, images, audience data, product info, and other content you upload or connect via integrations (Shopify, Meta, etc.) so Vily can learn your Brand DNA.

Usage data: how you interact with the app - features used, content generated, publishing actions, dates and times.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, and cookies needed for the service to function.

To provide the service: generate content, learn your Brand DNA, publish to connected channels, and improve quality over time inside your workspace.

To support your account: respond to questions, handle billing, and send service updates.

To improve Vily: aggregated, anonymized analytics about how features perform. We do not use your private brand content to train shared models that benefit other customers.

To meet legal and security obligations.

Service providers we rely on (hosting, AI model providers, payment processing, analytics) - under contracts that require them to protect your data.

Integrations you explicitly connect (for example, publishing a post to your Meta page sends content to Meta).

Legal requirements, such as responding to lawful requests from competent authorities.

We do not sell your personal information.

You can access, update, export, or delete your account data at any time from your workspace settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have additional rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws - including the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your workspace, we remove your content within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal or accounting reasons. We use industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest.

Vily runs on global infrastructure, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We use three categories of cookies. Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your theme and consent choices - these are always on. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand how the site is used. Marketing cookies (the Meta Pixel) let us measure and optimize our advertising.

Analytics and marketing cookies only load after you opt in through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Until you consent, Google Analytics runs in cookieless consent mode and the Meta Pixel sets no cookies and sends no events.

Vily is built for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please reach out and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as Vily evolves. The new version will be posted on this page with a refreshed "Last updated" date, and account owners will be notified by email when the changes are material.
